Nurses on Boards: Serving on Non-Profit, Corporate, Government, Advisory, or Governance Boards and How to Begin Your Path to Board Service (1 Class A CE)
While over 10,000 nurses currently serve on non-profit, corporate, government, advisory, or governance boards, specifically on boards not historically comprised of nurses, there are 17,000 more who want to serve. As anesthesia and nursing experts, the CRNA's path to board service will include determining the types of boards and the additional knowledge, preparation, or skills needed to obtain the desired board seat.
