Now more than ever it is important for workplaces to examine their culture to determine if it is bolstering or hindering their workforce. Culture has an impact on all areas of the work environment- the worker, the patient, and the system at large. This lecture will help participants define culture, identify positive cultural attributes, and come up with a strategy to implement aspects of positive culture in their own work environment.
