The AANA Foundation’s State-of-the-Science Oral Poster Session features sixteen CRNAs and RRNAs presenting their research findings classroom-presentation style. Each researcher is given 15 minutes in which to present their research and answer questions. Presentations will be focused in two areas – research and evidence-based projects.
Learning Objectives:
Demonstrate understanding of the basics of EEG monitoring, processed EEG monitoring, and the impact of neuromuscular blockade reversal on processed EEG outputs.
Synthesize evidence-based knowledge of neuromuscular blockade reversal's impacts on processed EEG monitoring into recommendations for practice that can be utilized during emergence for patients under general anesthesia.
